Peptide complex Renovatio™

Peptide complex Renovatio TM is a polypeptide fraction of placenta dried under low temperatures.

This is an injectable formulation with potent effects indicated for deep revitalization and rejuvenation of the body cells.

In cosmetology protocols, to obtain better results, we suggest combining injections of Cryoplacentin with use Anti-aging face cream Renovatio TM.

Advanced cryosublimation technology provides excellent extraction of active substances from placenta with maximum preservation of their structure and biochemical properties. Further ultrathin filtration removes hormones and other undesirable components from the extract.

How to Use:

Dissolve the contents of the vial with 2 ml of WFI or normal saline.

• For injections – nappage, papule technique
• For derma roller – pure or as a part of cocktails
• For instrumental cosmetology – under contact gels during microcurrent and ultrasound therapy, iontophoresis

Approximate consumption of the product with use via injections or derma roller:

• Face – 2 ml
• Face and neck – 4 ml
• Face, neck, and decollete – 6 ml

When using injection techniques, a cocktail can be made of several products in one syringe.

When using a derma roller or fraction instrument, apply drop-wise from the syringe on a cleansed skin.

After use, process the derma roller with antiseptic.

Contraindications:

Adverse Reactions:

Pain, redness, edema may occur at the injection site.

General reactions may occur mainly during 2 hours after injection: fever, chills, muscular pain.

General reactions may be relieved by a single dose of antipyretic.

Usually the severity of reactions gradually decreases and eventually resolves. In such cases the use of the product may not be ceased.

If the severity of reactions does not decrease and is inadmissible, use of “RENOVATIO”-peptide complex should be stopped.

Cryoplacentin is a composition of polypeptides and polynucleotides of pig/sheep placenta. Among polypeptides, the most important from a functional perspective are growth factors.

It is debatable, but many scientists think that stem cells act not by substituting dead or sick human cells by themselves, but by means of growth factors, which they produce abundantly.

In other words, it may be hypothesized that Cryoplacentin, namely its peptide component, reproduces the action of stem cells. With the difference that, first, it contains no cells at all. This is a cell-free product. Second, the effect of one dose of Cryoplacentin is not that long-term and is limited by the half-life of peptide molecules.

However the disadvantage of short-term action is relative, since the dose of Cryoplacentin can be administered every day. This way, during a certain period of time, it is possible to obtain the clinical effect at least equal to the one after stem cells administration.

In our opinion, comparison between Cryoplacentin and stem cells is correct not only due to the growth factors, but also considering their clinical properties and prospective use. They are the same.

Advantages of Peptide complex Renovatio TM:

• This is a cell-free product. Therefore there is no risk of malignification. Anticancer properties of placenta are yet to be studied.
• The risk of rejection reaction is excluded. The product components have no corresponding histocompatibility antigens. Polypeptides and polynucleotides have the same structure in humans, pigs, sheeps, and all other animals in the World.
• The total dose of active substances during a certain administration period is controlled and evenly distributed.
• The method of administration is intramuscular or subdermal, and does not require special conditions. That makes its use much more user-friendly.

Obviously one cannot argue that Cryoplacentin is a direct competitor and a substitute of stem cells. Development of cell therapy recently has been very fast. And certain advantages and directions are impossible to compare, no less to substitute for.
